I have got some problems in adding addon domain in client account even the domain is already pointed to nameserver proper .The domain is already pointed to nameserver and ip properly and getting like below error.
ERROR 1 :
Sorry, the domain is already pointed to an IP address that does not appear to use DNS servers associated with this server. Please transfer the domain to this servers nameservers or have your administrator add one of its nameservers to /etc/ips.remotedns and make the proper A entries on that remote nameserver.
SOLUTION :
Solution i have found and that fix my issue and Now it is working for working.
Go to the below settings :
WHM ==>tweak settings ==> domains ==>Allow remote domains,
Toggle to this to On, Now save the settings .
==>Add the Addon domain .
P.S : But this setting should be OFF , due to security reason.
ERROR 2:
You do not have permission to create subdomains of the server’s hostname .
SOLUTION :
when i have got the error like above then the below settings helps me in setup subdomain .
WHM ==> Server Configuration ==> Tweak SettingsAllow users to park subdomains of the server’s hostname: ON
